Our Returns Policy

AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods, please return your item within 30 days in line with our returns policy terms and conditions.

The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

We will issue a cost of the item refund to your original payment method, at the price you paid for the product. Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.

Some items are non-returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. The right to cancel does not apply to goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods (if they become unsealed after delivery).

For Health and Safety reasons we will not accept any colour cosmetic or skincare products for refund or exchange.
